This knowledge base has been designed with new international academic staff in mind, to provide support understanding and navigating the UK research funding landscape, and internal research and innovation (R&I) processes in place here at Leeds. International academic staff bring not only research strengths to our University community, but also international connections that enrich our University as well as a global mindset and cultural insights. With this in mind, sections of this knowledge base also address how international funding might be accessed and international collaborations sustained. This information is relevant to a wider audience of academics.
